The last thing you bought?

I ordered a Le Creuset enameled cast iron lasagna dish in a bright red color. I've never owned a true lasagna pan and have always "made do" with a large rectangular glass casserole dish, but it usually overflows the pan in the oven because it is not deep enough to accommodate 5 or 6 layers of lasagna pasta.

I'll make Italian lasagna or Greek pastitsio when it arrives. Yum.

Went thrift shopping the other day. Too much stuff to list but it was a good haul. My partner likes to collect old things and DIY them.

This basket started out falling apart, with splintery brown wood, an ugly stencil painting on the lid, a ribbon that looked like it was about to rot off, torn fabric lining, and this is what he did with it:

I know it isn't perfect, but he's a contractor and an electrician, not an artist, lol. I absolutely love it though, I think it's beautiful and I think it's so sweet that he wanted to make this for me.

I bought my family groceries... But the fun thing I got last, was a nendoroid of ishikirimaru, making it only my second anime figure. (My other is nanachi from made in abyss.)

Looks to me like that is backwards; he is an artist, but doesn't know it.
