The fact that my Boss at MIND, Claire, gave me the responsible job of doing the Banking for the Shop this morning.

Shows they're hopefully giving me more to do, might even let me on the Till eventually.
 
The fact that Sheffield City College does the part time NVQ course in customer service that I want to do, just got to try and have a chat with a tutor next week at some point to see what the course entails and how many days it is and stuff.
