Surviving uni/college with AS?

For me, it was the socializing aspect that was difficult. I was constantly busy with labs and science/math classes. I decided to be with the pre-meds and math majors; overall they were an amiable group. After I graduated, I had no problems socializing at work, but as a teacher during the summer it can get very lonely when you don't have many friends to be with.

I'm my second semester of college right now, and I'm under a lot of stress and pressure. I have 6-7 papers due per week each week, and none of them are short papers that are easy to do. About half of the papers I'm not learning anything from or getting very little credit for, like my weekly paper over a current weather event for geography (worth 10 points), or the 250 word journals about the textbook reading that are due every freshman composition class (worth 1 point each).

I've been typing at my computer so much that I can't do my favorite things anymore without feeling pain. I can't sew because it makes my wrists and fingers hurt. I can't play video games anymore because it hurts my eyes to look at a screen and my fingers are very sore from typing so much. I can't even read without causing pain in my arms. It has been incredibility exhausting here at college for me, and the amount of assignments to do have been getting worse and more frequent each week.
My school knows I have Aspergers and ADHD, and they've given me a visa to let me get accommodations, but they can/will only apply for things for tests, like getting to take a test in a separate room. I've been seeing a conselor here and she said it may be best for me to drop a class, but I've already dropped one. Does anyone have some advice?
