I totally understand this. I am definitely the same way.Almost every morning, early, before my wife wakes up, I do my exercises, because I cannot do them if there is anyone available to see me. Its a social anxiety thing. Just the thought that someone might be able to see me is crippling. That is why I don't get to do them every morning, because either she gets up or I fear she might.

I have the same reaction when salesmen are referred to as "solicitors". To me, a solicitor is a lady of the night.I had to tell someone that when they call people sleepwalkers, it sounds like streetwalkers.
