"Social model of Disability", by the title does not help ASD. Because ASD is not disability, maybe mental disability but I have doubts and largely don't understand I have a disability. I Believe someone like Devil impaired me.During the 1980s, the term “social model of disability” challenged how society largely regarded disability as a personal tragedy. Disablement was seen as something that belonged to individual disabled people, with heavily medicalised personal “impairments”.
Did you contribute to our own government's survey? Possibly the largest ever held in Australia and it will help decide the next 5 years worth of policies that affect autistic people.
