Quiting Facebook

I really want to quit facebook but I'm afraid this will be very hard to do, even quiting smoking is wayy easier for me, I mean I haven't smoked for at least a month and I don't feel like do ing it again but fb...well, I believe I waste like 4h/day in that sh**t.

Do you use a Password Manager?

You can change the password using the manager to some 35+-character string of nonsense you do not know, confirm, then delete the profile. Sometimes locking yourself is beneficial.

The first step is to scrub it clean and/or deactivate, of course...but if you think there's nothing that will harm future job prospects, etc., just use the password manager (or copy/paste) to change it and lock yourself out.
