Probably going to flunk a college course

Does your college have a writing center? Writing centers can help you with writing strategies and general time management skills. They go above and beyond to help people in your situation, and it's totally free. I think one on one guidance in person will benefit you far more than online interactions.

The story that you keep repeating to yourself, that anything less than perfection is failure, is harmful to you. It does offer a pretext for engagement with others, though. You get to request solutions, but then none of the answers satisfy you, so you continue the process.
I hope this isn't the case; claiming failure-hood and then rejecting all solutions makes me wonder how long this pattern has been repeating itself.
