Hi, i apologize if i make mistakes as English is not my primary language. I am in the process to be officially diagnosed as asperger. I decided to get an evaluation late in life. I am 54 and my last partner suggested to get one as she suspected something… it took me a while to accept that my personality construct was different and i decided to go fetch the thruth.

I am living in Canada, moved from the noisy and over populated city to a smaller town three years ago. Very happy, the air is cleaner, the people nicer.

I joined this community to communicate with others and see how you see life. I spend my life around neurotypical individuals and i was tte outsider ;)

Hello & welcome @Nevermalchik!

What is your first language, if I may ask?

"Malchik" on Russian means "boy". You know Russian?

Welcome to the forum!
That is right 🤣. Long story short i was with a Russian woman many years ago. My nickname have been “Never” since i am 6 years old (my family name is French, but a friend start calling me never. It is a funny translation of my name). My partner saw me as a bit immature as i liked playing games, reading fantasy novels and being silly at time. She called me malchik. I liked the word, so I merged the two nickname. Well, it was not really “a short story” 🤣

Oh, I see, thanks for explaining. Russian is my native language, so that just spiked my interest :)
