Goku because he is the only one I`m really familiar with. I have seen some episodes of One Piece but never got past the first 50 episodes. And haven`t seen anything from the other anime's.

I'm going to have to second @kenaij here. Despite him being a questionable father. DBZ Goku is definitely someone to aspire to as a person, as far as one's attitude towards life.
