List just one thing you did today

Prepared a feast for him, so he felt loved and appreciated today. I actually watched a lot of Korean street food youtubes so l leveled my cooking prowess up quite a few points. It's offering many different tastes via sauces, etc. This can be applied to any cuisine. Street food has the fantasy that we appreciate. I actually eat a lot of dishes myself with this aspect. I also enjoy reading the other posts here of accomplishments, it powers me thru my day.

It's amazing how adulting for us is just a little bit more difficult but don't call me having victim mentality, it's like you said l picked this out, like l really chose this . I am the clockwork orange of all feelings, please don't judge me. I feel all intense feelings. That doesn't make me weak or trivialized. Quit judging me NT people. I felt empowered to say this here. I only wish to say don't judge yourself for having emotions. And if you Don't Have Emotions, don't Judge Yourself. It doesn't mean you are not important.

I found a tortoise bumping against the front of the house so I moved it to a pasture and pointed it in the same direction I think it was going when it ran into our house.
 
Looked into a way of getting more energy in my life - heard it on The Hidden Brain. Anyway, there’s a free app and the curated suggestions were to spend at least 15 minutes in the sun every day and to sip water when awake at night and if you don’t wake up during the night, drink a glass of water immediately in the morning.

So those are pretty easy. I’ll do them for a while.

l released that l didn't need to connect with hurtful family members anymore.
I meditated today. My meditation took me out of beta brain waves that are used in day-to-day management of the outer environment, the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can sometimes get me into "trouble" with others as well as with myself, within. Dropping away from beta brain waves allows alpha and theta brain waves to take me into meditative trance where, mysteriously, I dissolve and am absorbed into Higher Consciousness. My anxious and depressed mood my PTSD, and my OCD symptoms are transformed into "All Is Okay," although nothing has changed except my mind's way of "seeing" and experiencing the world Meditation today has freed me to perceive and interact with my inner and outer environments
Saw dentist another implant put in last week just wanted to see if healing going well.
I had implants done several years ago, so I think I understand what you might be going through. I hope that, today, your implant is successful and you're doing well with it, Ronald!
in more positive ways than how I'd otherwise interact. I wish EVERYONE a really great day!

Garden stuff - weeding, giving the peas something to climb, trimming grape vines, more weeding, trimming trees that foolishly crossed my path, and more weeding.
 
Reading application stuff for my remarkable daughter who works with people undergoing mental health crises.

She wants a degree in Counciling, too.
