List just one thing you did today

Drove my S.O. to the kid's house for a 2 week visit.

Am now hatching evil plans to fill those weeks alone.

How do you make them healthy? I sometimes make yogurt and fruit popsicles. My favorite is plain yogurt with fresh blueberries stirred into it.
That also sounds delicious!
I wrote down the recipe in my previous post, one bar is supposed to be 100 calories but i am not sure haha.

Hauled water to the horse trough, checked the fence, and picked up 2 items at the store so I back to our home could those items bring
Tis 1 o'clock in the afternoon and I've not yet eaten any thing.

I said to them, l am not mad at you, l am mad at your actions, this negated my anger and turned the topic into discussion and not accusations.

Watched an episode of an old tv series and felt a compulsion to finish the entire season. Eight hours later, the compulsion is satisfied, but boy oh boy does my brain feel bad.

Today, I feel a little sad. :D

All those years I spent going on about Resident Evil stuff on multiple forums as thesaunderschild, but since changing my user names, very little of it shows up on Google these days. That was my legacy, damn it. :P

All that really appears now is a bit of it, coupled with a guy pretending to be me on a blog with potato faces. But oh well. It's what I said that truly counts. Arrogant to the end, eh? ;)

My husband had a molar tooth extracted yesterday because it was cracked and couldn't be saved. He will get an implant in about 6 months after his jawbone has healed. I made him some mashed potatoes for dinner last night. I might make meatballs with ground chicken, crumbled feta cheese and some rolled oats seasoned with turmeric, cumin, lemon zest, a little garlic and minced red onions and simmer them in chicken stock as a soup. The meatballs are very tender and easy to chew. Anyone have suggestions about soft foods I can make for him?

Took my dog to the vet and went grocery shopping. Ok, ok, I know. That's two things, not one.

I google soft foods after dental surgery:
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Soft-cooked pasta or risotto
  • Juices (avoid citrus the first week)
  • Bananas
  • Pudding or mousse
  • Cottage cheese
  • Chicken noodle soup
  • Pancakes
  • Applesauce
  • Tofu
  • Oatmeal
  • Fish
  • Peanut butter
  • Hummus
  • Refried beans
  • Guacamole
  • Pho
  • Mashed potatoes (dress them up with add-ins like sour cream, spices, gravy, etc.)
  • Soups (tomato, cream of mushroom, asparagus, split pea)
  • Crustless pumpkin pie
  • Green bean casserole (skip the crunchy topping!)
  • Sweet potato casserole
  • Moist stuffing
  • Shredded turkey (gravy helps!)
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • Protein shakes
  • Smoothies
  • Nut butters
  • Avocado
  • Yogurt
  • Watermelon
  • Acai bowls
  • Gazpacho
  • Poached fish
  • Soft peaches, peeled
  • Fresh vegetables, cooked until soft

I had a bagel at a park with a new friend.

New friend was a chipmunk. Usually they are so shy, but this one just sat by me, nibbling on things.
