List just one thing you did today

There's a hotline that opens at 6 o'clock in the evenings in Scotland. It's called Breathing Space. It's sort of like the Samaritans.

The thing is, I feel like you have to really get them going to even speak up. After doing a lot of talking, you can ask for an opinion or answer in general to what you spoke of. Yet most of them don't say much whatsoever, like they're bored or confused.

It's kind of a waste of time calling these hotlines if they don't even bother to say much. But I mean, they cannot resolve your issues. Although it ain't so much cope due to that. When you call in, it just doesn't feel particularly helpful.

I spent over an hour outside enjoying the rain. While out there, I discovered a dragonfly taking shelter on the underside of one of the plants in the flower bed. It is fascinating to see how critters like that handle rain storms. I wish I could have gotten a good photo of it, but I don't have a waterproof camera. I took a photo, but phone cameras just don't seem that great for those kinds of pictures or else I just don't know how to use them right. Anyway, it was blurry.
