I took the plunge

She replied to me this morning. She said she was super busy and she also asked me about my job. I asked her if she planned on getting a library card.
Patient please I learned that mistake it's hard as hell thinking she ghosted you and please avoid those crap videos on social media and YouTube those articles about advice you will regret any advice they give you. A 90 year old hermit man knows more than those losers.

That's great, one important thing you should keep in mind now. If you send a message and she hasn't replied after a few hours, don't freak out and send more messages. Even if you really want to. Give it some time, she could be busy. And if you send a lot of messages, it could be a little overwhelming and stressing and even annoying. Good luck with everything.

Perhaps this is an opportunity to change your life, and make a new adventure out of getting home on the smallest possible carbon footprint. The more people flying to see nature, the more it shrinks. As a bicycle commuter, I remember being puzzled by a friend who got stuck away from home after 9/11 for three weeks, when I'd have bought a cheap bike, had lots of fun, and made it home in two.
To add, giving more time means "two weeks" for you Tony.
For most people, I'd say "3 days" but I don't think you're good with considering and feeling out context. So, I'd say "two weeks" for you Tony.

For me, I don't always judge context well enough (usually, but mess up from time to time), but I just move on to look for other activities and people to connect with rather than focus on someone who might be too busy or just uninterested in connecting with me.

People can sense confidence, independence, trust, and that 'with-it-ness' (Note: Develop Your Sense of "With-it-ness'’. but for real life rather than teaching specifically)

I didn’t say anything about her husband and just kept the conversation casual. I haven’t heard back from her since she told me about her husband liking Gundam models.

Maybe you could ask a question or 2 about his models,
like how many he has, or how long he's been collecting
them, or which ones are his favorites.

Sometime.

How long ago was your reply?
And how long ago was her most recent?
