I feel Blank

I have no words to speak or type my mind is a strange kind of empty. Bursting with energy and wanting to say something anything even to think but it is no use

I don’t know how this happened or how it could be resolved. I can’t cosentrate on anything either. I can’t read and can barley write.

Maybe I’m just exhaustied from my job and have no time to properly rest or even react and come up with ideas

Lay down in a nice dark room.

Pull up the blankets. Hug your pillows and your teddy bears.

Maybe put on a video game or a cute movie on your device.

Tear open a chocolate bar and enjoy.

Just zone out and sleep a lot. You're overstimulated and overworked poor thing.

It's a medical thing that needs triaged- rest and quiet. Vital to all aspies.

I bet you are also feeling directionless. Sounds like burnout to me. Follow Yeshuasdaughter's advice. Your mind wants to recover. You have been through a lot lately. Don't try to force things, just relax and let your mind do it's thing to relieve you. I once took over 3 months to recover from burnout.

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. When I feel ‘off’ in some manner, it is a cue for me to rest. Cuddle up in bed. Read. Sleep. You’ll feel more like yourself soon.
