How do you get a diagnosis if your family doesnt believe you or in aspergers and woul

Stella is right its hard to find out what you can do if we don't know what age you are. If you are in high school you can probably start off by going to your school counselor or if you are seeing a therapist/counselor to begin with for other issues you can always bring it up with him. Or talk to your general practitioner for a referral to an Autism specialist. I don't know about your specific country though there might be some other ways too.

Hello, Kizzy.

As others have said, we'll need a bit more information in order to provide you with advice. If you're a minor, what Arashi is suggesting is a good place to start.

You could try pulling up a temple grandin video on you tube to show them. The reason I figured out I was an aspie is because someone on Facebook posted one of her videos. I watched it just out of curiosity and when she was describing her childhood I was like " holy cow, she just described me!" It was a real eye opener.
