How do I keep a NT friend

How would I not say everything at once? I usually just end up adding more to what I plan to say or something. They are friends with the more socially acceptable version of me who always keeps to myself because I cant people well

How about this...Focus on listening. Ask questions about what she tells you. Then follow her lead..let her open up gradually and you reciprocate?

I usually don't tell my friends until I've known them for several years, unless I'm living with them, or they figure it out on their own.
I don't like the way many people change the way they treat me when I do tell them.
If I can't talk about my or their interests we don't remain friends - I and they find it's usually not worth the effort.

Remember to give them chances to tell you about things that interest them - ask questions about the topic even if you're not interested, it might change your mind.
