Homebrewed ginger beer

Now it's not spirit or hard drink however as word of caution the sugar content is still high so pls be cautioned for health reasons. With that said many years ago I brewed my own pineapple and ginger beer.
It was a real happy juice since sulphites never agreed with me. Another caution is pressure on hot days and ensure ginger beer doesn't end up exploding with champagne tricks.
I used the pineapple skins as contain the oils, which gives the real flavour. I also adjusted to sweeten my drink as it was a bit dry.
Plenty of recipes online, let me know of your brewing experience.

Yours sounds delicious!

I used to make homebrew beer, but none of that for me now. Luckily, I never had any bottles explode. I really liked all the equipment used in fermenting grains.
