I am Jonny I am self and spouse diagnosed and have been looking for someone to talk to about this. I have been told not to bring it out in my small town as I will be labeled. I hope I can find similar people to discuss some of the problems I face daily.

Hi an welcome! Yea, I wouldn't tell anyone and treat it as a need to know thing, because nobody is going to understand.
