I think people would be more inclined to help if you tell us a little about yourself and what it is you want promotion and money for.

Apparently it's for various Doctors and Specialists (Speech Pathologists, Physical Therapy and the like) from what I've read on the Page

and they want $20K raised or around that amount

Plus the title of the page was worded in a way that initially made me think the OP was looking for literal Treatment/Cure for Autism

Oh yeah I realize that clicking the link will yield more information, but I just think OP could make a little more effort if OP wants our help.
 
Just one post containing a link, no background information, asking people to support or promote? Looks like spam to me.
 
Long term your best bet may be getting the type insurance (and going to type school) that covers these services, as it isn't a one time deal but will need to be done for many years.

You can reduce your legal costs by using an online service or one of the free online forms to create a trust and living will. My wife and I created a living will for free using online tools. LegalZoom appears to offer them starting at $250, not the $10,000 price mentioned on your GoFundMe page. I'd encourage you to look for other options and not take your local lawyer's fees at face value.
