What can I do if my teacher is trying to kick me from his class from trying to make me seem like I am a bad student

I would first of all suggest that you collect evidence of what is going on, just so you have something to back you up.
Nowadays you can get voice recorders for reasonable prices (some of which are even disguised to look like USB Memory Sticks) as well as there been other gadgets that may help; I got one of these recently and it's a nifty little gadget (you just need a Micro SD card for it to record onto) - http://www.red5.co.uk/spy-camera-pen.aspx

Once you're able to get some evidence the teacher is doing this to you (try and collect as much as you can), inform your parents and also inform your Principal. If you struggle to speak about stuff when under pressure (where you try to speak but the words won't come out of your mouth), try writing a report down of all that's been happening and give that to your principal to read (but keep a copy of it yourself just in case your principal loses/misplaces it - these things happen).

If all works out, the principal should be able to deal with it. These things sadly do happen and unless you do something about it, it won't stop - and considering school should be a place where you can be content and learn all you need to know, no-one wants to spend their time feeling miserable regarding school.

I had an English teacher kick me from her class because I kept correcting her grammar on the worksheets. Sometimes it's better to switch classes.
