Hey everyone, I have been writing this for fiction for a while.

I would like to know what others think but I would also like to know if any of you had a story that was achingto be written but for some reason, you could not get yourself to finish the process or even continue

This story is mostly been written by speech to text

I just feel like this whole idea is haunting me to get written, but like I mentioned some of my other posts before I am blank I hope that I can get back to writing the story and finally finish it

Please note if you do read the story it is mature themes, and there’s a story about South Park so keep in mind that just let me know what you think I’ve been working with pro writing aid and it’s been all right, but sometimes I feel like it gives me too much .

I just listened to an interesting program on NPR on the phenomenon of getting "blocked" whether it is writer's block, artists, whatever. It's on a program called Hidden Brain. I'm going to try to find you a link to it. There are some specific and easy ways to help correct that.

It has good suggestions for many of the problems posted on this forum.

Thanks for sharing this--it's got a lot going for it, just keep writing. The best thing you can do as a serious writer is reading everything you possibly can--poetry, fiction, non fiction: find your favorite writers and copy them, and always be on the lookout for new writers. Read the great authors from way back and find the ones you love and the ones who write about the same things you write about. I have spent years writing a book about my career in exploration, called Life in the Field. I work on it in bits and pieces. I have written a few small parts here. Take your time to get it right. Better to have a good, well written story after a long time than a piece of junk written quickly. The are authors out there who churn out (with the help of co-authors) books faster than one person can read them.

Your story looks to have a lot of your own personal experience and trauma in it. This could be a good way of letting it out.
