I just joined the forum. I have been diagnosed with high functioning autism. I do deal with several struggles in life, which I have for a long time. My verbal communication is rather poor. I don't think on my feet very well. My executive functioning is also not so good. So I've joined to be able to chat and possibly get support (and even give support if I can).

Hi and welcome, I hope that you enjoy it here and find it useful and supportive. Please do join in discussions, plenty here feel more comfortable communicating in writing. We may sometimes have different processing of information from neurotypical people, and this can give us more time and space and less overwhelm from others presence. It can be useful to learn other's strategies and share your own experience and ideas.

Welcome! :)
I struggle with verbal communication as well. Everything I say sounds better in writing, so I prefer to type or text most things.
I hope you find lots of support here!

Welcome, NDR2. I hope you will get as much out of this forum as I have, not only for answers, but also the cathartic release that you are not alone in your struggles.
