Do you have a mental check list for everything you do in the day?

Do you have a mental check list for everything you do in the day ,but freak out if the plan changes all the sudden?. For example I usually go to the gym in the morning ,but I freak out if it suddenly changed ,and I have to go at nights. Anyone else?

Mental checklist: Yes
Freakout due to change: No

I certainly don't like changes but tantrums are childish and freakout others.

Yes and yes, but just the inside me. I smile and graciously accept whatever the change in my day happens to be, but inside I'm freaking out. I've said many times that the inside me never has matched the outside me.

Yes and yes. If something changes I try to breath and take myself away from the situation so I don’t melt down although this dousn’t always work.

Mental or even paper at times. I like organising days into blocks of time, heh. Changes tend to make me annoyed or upset, although I don't tend to freak out. If possible I try to take a few minutes of quiet break before the change to breathe and calm myself down. Covering eyes/ears especially helps.

Yes and especially when I have a lot to do in one day! And when that is interrupted, I get completely disorientated and shut down.

I like to keep a physical list of things I'm going to buy, or places I'm going to go that will have the item(s) I want/need (I have a crap memory at times); I've never had any tantrums due to changes, maybe some very very mild anxiety if it's a big change

I used to, but it caused me a lot of anxiety, so I now try very hard to not have expectation for the day and to remain flexible to whatever might happen. It's not easy, but it is much better for me.

No mental checklist. (I find it too hard to keep track of everything.) I put my to-do list on my weekly calendar book. If it is an appointment, it is not likely to change. If it is not an appointment, I can check it off at my earliest convenience.
