Do other countries have this?

Uhm... The term "gomelo" comes to mind, which is often used to refer to urban, wealthy and young elites who are known to be shallow, callous, flaunt their wealth a lot and express themselves with a rather distinctive accent and vernacular, kind of equivalent to the Valley Girl type of speech in American English I suppose.

They're rather annoying.
 
What is a 2%er? Lots of different definitions from googling.
People who are in the top 2% of household income. They get hated on because they won the lottery of life. When it was popular, I heard people throw it 'round like it was a dirty word. Some of them were 2%ers themsleves.
