Being healthy with ASD

I stay as active as I can (outdoor addict), and take vitamin and mineral supplements to fill in what my diet lacks.
My diet is, shall we say, "limited" in variety. Getting quality sleep is possibly my biggest challenge (quantity is no problem - I have narcolepsy).

On the physical health side, healthy diet and good nutrition. Also following my own sleep schedule.

On the mental health side, routine, routine, routine. Also sinking myself into my special interests.

Outside of those things, most of my challenges stem from other people. So I try to strike just the right balance of masking. Just enough to keep other people happy, but so much that I feel guilty for doing it too much and also not so much that it burns me out.

I am not healthy, struggling with chronic fatigue and other symptoms for years now. I also have Celiac disease. So I don't eat gluten of course. ASD has a lot of co-morbidities. My sister is diagnosed autistic and had thyroid cancer and she also has Celiac; I would not say she is healthy because of those issues.

Physically: Resistance bands, treadmill, eating as healthy as I possibly can and drinking water. I avoid processed meats and alcohol (I heard it increases breast cancer risk)

Mentally: Enjoying my hobbies such as calming video games, reading (I avoid long novels because they stress me out), coloring and listening to music while I do housework. I’m an introvert and homebody. I also love attending local events, where I live.

I don't think i lead a healthy lifestyle, though i try to exercise and eat healthy.

I constantly have stomach problems and nausea nowadays and will probably have to go for a check up soon. It is hard since i have a doctor and hospital phobia.
