  • I am thinking of quitting my job this very second, just because the local bus system has repeatedly proven itself to be extremely unreliable countless times.
I feel like going home, crawling into my bed and crying for a couple of hours, and there is no real reason for me to feel that way. I had a brilliant weekend, after all.

Sorry. Not sure what happened. Don't check out.
$680 raised for Seattle Children’s Hospital this year at the end of the fundraiser. This is my second best year to date.
Played Gears of War 3, Omori, and Destiny 2 during my fundraiser. Raised $630 altogether for the sick kids who need it. I am content.
I am finding that CBD helps me quite a bit with my lower back pain. Doesn’t get me high, either, which is another plus.
I wish I had more money than the top 0.1% combined. Then I would donate it all to make the world a better place and still have enough to have my own palace with happy overpaid servants catering to my every whim.
I got drenched in the rain on the way to work today. This is something I have to get used to once again. At least my rain jacket keeps my top half dry. I need to buy some rain coverings for my pants. Stupid Western WA weather.

I used to live in the Seattle area, got out in 2016. Went back two months ago...it's bad. I'll take the desert of Boise anyday...or north of Winnemucca, Nevada.

A good pair of rain pants goes a long way in the PNW. Besides outdoor stores, running stores and golf stores are also good places to get them.
Video games have officially become my replacement addiction. I am not missing work or socialization over it, but I do tend to play for hours on end when I am at home, to the point of neglecting food and water.
It is time for me to take full control of my own steering wheel. No more laziness in misery, no more relying on bread and circus to keep me satiated.
My boss just told me that my fever of 101.5F was not really a fever and that was a normal temperature. So I guess I am going to the office today after all.

You don’t have to take medical advice from your boss. It seems inappropriate that she would say that to you.

My mom believes she is a doctor too. She thinks she is skilled in diagnosing people. It's so infuriating. She thinks just because she knows one, therefore she is one.

That explains why I always feel a little intoxicated when I enter a bookstore

I guess that's one way to break out of the coffee and bookstore paradigm. Q:"Would you like some tasty drugs with your novel?"
A:"Uh, ok if that's your custom..."
I have a song about drinking beer all night long stuck in my head. Not the message I need to hear right now.
