    What's going on? Are you sinking into that negative mindset? What triggered all this? I would never lie about this, you do have good and bad days leaving the abuse wagon. But try to realize you have more good than bad days now? Or u may need to medicate until your brain chemistry sorts itself out. But prescription, not the other.
