I thought I would post here and see if any of you have a workout / exercise routine.

I just started one using cardio, strength training, and some diet restrictions.

I'm going to cap my daily calorie intake to 1500 and my carb intake to 150grams.

Friday:
60min high intensity cardio on a stationary bike

Saturday:
Pushup routine using this program: one hundred push ups
Bicep workout using dumbbells
30min low-med cardio

Sunday:
Situp routine using this program: two hundred sit-ups
back workout using dumbbells
30min low-med cardio

Monday:
60min high intensity cardio on a stationary bike

Tuesday:
Pushup routine using this program: one hundred push ups
Bicep workout using dumbbells
30min low-med cardio

Wednesday:
Situp routine using this program: two hundred sit-ups
back workout using dumbbells
30min low-med cardio

Thursday:
rest day.

Any thoughts or suggestions? :P

Follow this and you'll gain muscles, but when the going gets tough, don't give up -

My weekly health/fitness plan just consists of carrying a 5kg bag to train muscles, running 4km for 3 days, and then spending 2 days to relax, for the 1 and only me.

I never backed out because there's simply one and only me...

Military-style training never suits the free spirit in me.

That's my 5-4-3-2-1 plan
