(I was going to write how supper is a funny word. Supper should be the one doing the supping, and supper itself is the supped. But in this modern age, I took supper to mean someone who greets others with "'sup?")

A corndog is what we'd call an American hotdog, right? Long skinny sausage in a long bun with tomato sauce/ketchup and American mustard?
 
Correct, an American hot dog dipped in corn batter and fried, it wouldn't be American if it wasn't fried! :-)

My word is Chili, what I prefer on my hot dog.
 
Oh sorry I was thinking of in a bread roll. The battered and fried version I'd just call a fried hot dog.
