not necessary, but depends on the point of view - here in the uk, there are loads of adverts for "workplace compensation" which are targeted during the daytime hours on TV when people are at work. I'm not saying employers should be allowed to break health and safety rules, I'm just saying that there seems to be a targeted audience consisting of people who aren't at work in the daytime for this idea to take hold.

you could argue that if you've been injured at work then you are more likely to be watching TV in the daytime, except that if you have been injured and choose to watch drivel on daytime TV you're hardly likely to be a valuable asset for a company aren't you? :D

So, yup, leech for all those lawyers who want to make money off other people's misfortune. People dumb enough to hire lawyers advertising their services to audiences of crap talk shows on daytime TV....

It's just an interpretation :)
