When did everyone receive their diagnosis??? (If you are diagnosed)

I think I expected my sister to be just as relieved as I was with her knowing how much I struggled with things.
 
I was diagnosed as a child as you know, but my parents, now in their 80s, have still not accepted it. It still creates a barrier between us because they think I will "snap out of it" someday. Sad.
