Mine I think are boots and flats for everyday wear. I like beautiful boots like spangled boots and farm boots too. And ballet flats.
And I like slippers 2, slippers are the bomb
Especially pretty slippers and animal slippers

And I also like high heels more than I thought but I am not sure yet whether I would be able to wear them.

I like lightweight shoes with some flex to the sole. They also have to fit an old-style bike pedal toe clip. For really bad weather, I like a bigger, more insulated boot, but still handy on foot pedals in a car. It used to take me one day a year to find cheap shoes that fit. Then, I bought several years

Then, I bought several years' supply of a good deal. Then, I discovered that Dockers had better traction, better cold resistance to cracking, and lasted for years, almost offsetting the higher price.

These ones…

I have several different pairs of shoes, I like to have nice shoes. But I think my favorite is actually a pair of sturdy puncture resistant, slip resistant, oil resistant and chainsaw resistant steel toe work boots. Only the best and most sturdy for my feet. :) Expensive but they have saved me from injuries more than once. I bought a new pair of Adidas slides the other day, I like those a lot too. Not very stylish but nice to have on warm summer days when I'm just puttering around doing chores.

Loafers (they look so simple and cute), leather dress shoes  however unfit for rain (They become destroyed, stained!) , sneakers that snug the feet that go with dresses and are water repellent from this strange fabric that stays a little stiff, holey sneakers or dress shoes for the heat.

Since it's been raining daily this year sandals would rip and slip.

When the wind reaches my toes I know I made the right buy.
