Went through another health issue

It has not been good for me health wise.I had 2 two stents put in lately and recovering very well.Was at work in my office talking to our service manager on the 2nd and I had chest pains bad feeling like someone took a hammer to my chest and not feeling well.Luckily he knew to get me to the ER.I was put in a wheelchair after I said chest pains when I got there.Doctors said two stents put in the next day which did happen.Recovery is going good so far,see the heart doctor next month which I will be put on anti rejection medication for the stents.I am pre diabetic which I care of well and doctor said this was part of it.Was also glad I take of this well.Stayed home last week recovering after coming home on Monday

Weight is not actually to blame. I know this, because a friend of mine is grossily overweight and has uncontrolled diabetes, yet, all she does suffer from with the heart, is high blood pressure.

I also know a chap, who was slim and gained weight after having stents put in.

Another female, who is actually youngish, is not obese and she has heart issues.

It looks like you have received good treatment. My heart condition was caught because of other issues. A year ago I was in the hospital for what should have been a simple procedure to correct scar tissue from a prostate operation. I was sent home with a catheter, but the next morning I was in extreme pain. The catheter was clogged and it felt like the Alien Xenomorph was trying to come out of my bladder. 10 hours of level 9 pain before the urology people could come to help was very stressful. Ultimately they removed a 600 ml blood clot from my bladder. From that stress I had chest pain so cardiology got involved. A stress test revealed nothing but the cath lab determined that I had 80% blockage in the Left Anterior Descending Artery, which is usually silent until it kills you. Had open heart surgery for a bypass and happily am doing well now. Coming out of that surgery was not particularly pleasant.

Ask about pycnogenol (pick-no-jee-nol) it is also known as Maritime French Pine Bark Extract. It's lab tested to dissolve blood clots and coronary plaques as well as lovenox. But without the bruising from injections.

I was given it from a Naturopathic doctor after I had blood clots in my lungs. I still take it.
