Walking and Hiking

I used to cycle a lot. Now I walk a lot. I live in a city but within my region there are hills and parks. Good for mental and physical health.

I love to hike. I want the long lonely trails. Mostly it’s the nature but also the independent solitude. I go seeking to lose and to find myself. Usually I am mildly disappointed because I was unable to let myself melt into it, but it is always worth a try; at worst it’s a healthy pursuit and at best I come away feeling that just maybe I am from this planet.

Favorite hiking contemplation: God says you can understand eternal truths about him by observing his creation.
