This or that?

Mmmm! freshly baked breads! I haven't had zucchini bread in ages!

After my great lead-in in favor of homemade, this is going to sound awful. Store-bought birthday cakes. Only because I find that a lot of home cooks do not have the refinement necessary in their cooking to adapt recipes that are in poor proportion to begin with, as in, how to measure and when to sift flour, or how to produce baked goods without that terrible baking soda after taste. Store-bought can fall flat too, but there is a greater expectation of uniform quality the home cook lacks. (Unless, that is, she regularly sells breakfast breads to returning customers.)

Okay, tomales from the freezer aisle or from the lady selling them from her car?

Of course, the lady selling from her car, assuming they are homemade, which I have had the good fortune of enjoying on many occasions. I love fresh, homemade tamales! I just bought some masa harina, as I am going to attempt to make tortillas and tortilla chips, for the first time. I wonder what form of corn flour one would use for tamales. Would like to try my hand at those, at some point.

Tacos or Enchiladas?

Mine is standard, but, it would be nice to have a wood dash, I think.

Climb a tree or climb a rock/bolder
