Would a console system require such joysticks to be manually calibrated, much like a PC? - Just wondering.
I just recall years ago when using a joystick and how important it was to make sure they were properly calibrated, or gameplay would occasionally be awful. Particularly when it came to flight simulators.
I suppose that depends on what you mean by "joystick". Usually I hear the word and just think "controller", since "joystick" kinda fell by the wayside. So it could mean basically anything these days.
That being said I dont think any of the sorts of things a Switch can use involves calibration. Not that I've ever heard anyway.
