Social media and working on myself

Hi everybody, I’ve been considering going on social media to share my story and help other people feel heard and also maybe even to heal myself

However, a lot of my let’s say extend extended family or out of range family has been trying to contact me and I’m not sure how I feel about that and my family doesn’t want me really to contact them and I don’t think I do either to be honest, but I still want to post on social media because I don’t wanna be in a cave as a hermit forever
Also, my family really doesn’t want me to post too much info, but I’m not sure where to draw the line when I do post

Do you have any thoughts or opinions on this?
