I'm familiar with this, and yes, whoever came up with it is a genius.
I give this advice to other girls when we are going out, and another important piece of advice I give is don't wear shoes with high heels, wear something you are able to run away in.
Most of my irl friends (including my gf) are Polish, and one of my friends told me her grandmother saw a bottle of nail polish remover that just said "polish remover," and was like "Polish remover??"
I have no idea if it's true or not but it made me laugh.

Come on, people. The whole array is only rated for 900 Watts. Each outlet averages less than 1% of what is available at the wall. This is for all those tiny lights, fans, chargers, hula girls, desk fountains, clocks, and whatnot.
A lot of people assume that noisy tools take a lot of power, but it is things that heat up that really run up the bills.
