On July 13, 1994, the Grammy Award-winning vocalist Meat Loaf delivered an epic rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” for the 65th MLB All-Star Game at the Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
This morning, I had the opportunity to listen to a video of this performance.
It was interesting for one because I live very near Pittsburgh, two, had been to Pittsburgh Pirates baseball games in the now demolished Three River Stadium and three, have always been fond of Meat Loaf.

Might have been cool to watch the video too, but I did it proper and stood at attention, right hand over my heart, while focused on my flag.

That guy reminds of the Russian gopniks, try to do a picture search for "gopniks squatting" and prepare to be confused. :)
It's a spoof on Robert Duvall's character Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore in the Movie Apocalypse Now of the beach clearing scene where he says "I love the smell of napalm in the morning"

Oh, of course, now I get it. That's a good one.
