Post Graduation Depression, No Car, stuck in House

Between the complaints about the "brash" peers at your internship site, and the complaints here about being "stuck," I see a person with a need for structure but difficulty creating his own structure.

This would be a good insight for you to know about yourself, except I don't really expect you to believe it or remember it.

You should catch yourself when you blame others for your lack of progress, even if it's not their responsibility to provide your structure or give you anything. The fault is not with them. It's with you.

Once work starts, you'll wish you had that downtime back...
As @Peter Morrison suggested, maybe take up a new hobby... 9 weeks is plenty of time to learn something new or just to enjoy yourself doing something you are interested in. :)

Try to get odd jobs and save up and try to take Uber or Lyft to get you places.

There might not be a lot of those around, but doesn't hurt to try.

It may be work walking the 4-5 miles for exercise to get to public transportation a few times. Take a gym bag with you for change of clothes or to wash yourself so your hair doesn't smell too bad.

Is there a friend who you could help out for a few days or so (wash their dishes, stuff like that) that could pick you up maybe?

Maybe look into couchsurfing.com. Maybe.
