How do I send a Personal message? I can not see an icon. Thanks.

Go onto "inbox" in the top right of the bar at the top of the screen, there should be a link saying "start a new conversation" .

Here is an alternative method that can also be used.
Step one: click on the user name

This dialog box will appear next: Click on Start a conversation

This is the next part that will appear:

From there,it should all go smoothly
