So I finally had a formal diagnosis this week after years of wondering whether I was on the spectrum or not... It feels so good to have it confirmed - now I can get the support I need and try to improve my social skills.

I am a 35 year old female living in London.

I enjoying eating out, fitness, reading and travelling :airplane:

Looking forward to chatting to some cool people in this forum

Welcome aboard :)

Hi & Welcome

Well actually only a few of us are officially cool. The rest are self characterized.

I am among the oldest here, I expect that I will be cooler than most, sooner than most. For now, I am delighted to be uncool, and metabolizing.
In all likelihood this forum will engage, encourage and entertain you. Not for a pound. Not for a penny, but just for a post or two....but wait, for an mere additional nothing you get to share your thoughts with thousands of others somewhere on the spectrum.
Don't delay, post often. A new day may dawn for you as soon as tomorrow. Welcome home!
