does anyone remember this show? I use to watch it when I was younger on DVD.
I really related to the character of punky since in always really lived with my grandmother in a building

when my grand father was alive he was there too but passed away when I was 6 or7.

also punky reminds me also of a younger me.

never had it on tv in the uk ,had the littlest hobo and different strokes.
 
Can't load the video (the problem is my computer) I remember the show and enjoyed it. I also kinda had a crush on Punky since we were the same age, less than 2 weeks apart actually. The main episode I remember was when they were playing hide and seek and her friend hid in one of those old school fridges that latched, and couldn't get out, thankfully they were able to revive her afterwards. We had one of those in the house I lived in when I was 5. Those are the reason people still take the doors off fridges when discarding them, but it's rare to find a fridge that actually latches anymore and for the most part it's totally unnecessary.
