Hi all! I'm in my 50's, self-diagnosed at the moment. Hoping to get an assessment this year. I have always felt different. I have always wondered how some people can do it all in one day and for me, that same thing would take months if I do it at all. I can't get my words out sometimes, they are stuck in my head. So excuse me if I say something weird, that's just me and I have always been this way! I have no support in anything I do-if I ever ask for help, I rarely get any. It's depressing. I'm pretty much alone and do everything myself which is so hard. Now I know why!

Hi and welcome. It's friendly and supportive here, mostly, so I hope you soon feel you fit in. We are all different too.
