New to this, figuring out and accepting who I am

I'm 47 and though a breakup and therapy found that I have a lot traits that fall into the ASD category. There's nothing "wrong with me", now I know that.

The thing I 'm struggling with the most right now is finding out that many of my friendships were only one-way.

I have VERY few close friends, realizing I was just trying to fit in.

Hi and welcome to the forum. There's a lot of us here that didn't find out about autism until midlife or later, me included. Diagnosed at 55.
