My day of photography...

-15 Celsius in Alberta today (it was -26 two days ago!)

I get cabin fever bad quite often, simply enjoy getting out into fresh air (even fresh cold air), anyway went for a downtown walk today in search of some winter street photography, something I'm known for doing

In between that, I did get my booster shot for Covid, did run into an old friend and we had a one hour visit, indoors of course, and a coffee break too

And yes, did spend over an hour outside walking around, it was very quiet (no surprise) and I just don't feel like I got any winning photos, nothing spectacular... It's just a gut feeling I get, I know when I captured a great moment, or had a really good photography day, and this wasn't one of them...

I know I should consider it to be a good day just based on a good visit with a friend, yet I constantly compare my days with my memory card still, far too much

Note: And I haven't even downloaded the photos yet, maybe I did get some good photos, just shows how I convince myself sometimes

Well, if every day was a winner it would just feel like another, boring "everyday" day. Better to have a few hohum sorts of days so the good ones stand out!
