Nicely asked partner to tell me what he is asking medical provider for, instead of me talking for him. Empower him to ask the doctor for what he needs.

Mailed out Christmas cards. Another season of people in such a hurry everywhere.

Taking some of the "Ho" out of "ho-ho-ho". Where's my Ebenezer Scrooge smiley?

Drove my companion 20 miles for a medical test, then had lunch at my favorite
breakfast place.

Took the delightful Ms. Dee Dee Deads to the vet. She has urinary tract issues. Vet said the stones are dissolving nicely.

Made a veggie chicken oyster sauce stir fry in my wok for dinner, I served it to myself on a bed of brown rice and I have dinner for the next two nights.

Went to a book club to discuss “Dusk”, by Robbie Arnott. (I quite enjoyed reading it.)

My contribution consisted of 3 big black bags, and one smaller white sack.

Very festive!

Practicing emotional regulation, it does become easier, today l feel more hopeful then the past 10 years.
