It also helps not to have school age children in the house. I used to always be sick during the school year.I went to my GP who diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection, gave me a Decadron shot, an antibiotic that has aways turned my tongue black like a chow dog as a side effect, and two kinds of cough syrup stuff. I tested negative for Covid and flu. So, basically, I have a bad cold, something I haven't had in many years. The shot makes me feel lot better already. I kind of miss social distancing from the pandemic era because I never got sick during that time.
It also helps not to have school age children in the house. I used to always be sick during the school year.
