Is this age appropriate discipline.

This is disturbing and yet tame compared to some of the horror stories I've heard about ABA, like using electrical shocks on the person just for acting autistic. It's considered sick and wrong to abuse animals and even prisoners but when they do it to autistic people it's "therapy". No. Just no.
