I have a 5 mm kidney stone

So I went to the doctor for my aching issues. At first they suspected it might be appendicitis, so they sent me to an ER to be treated. I was really hurting at first, but they stuck an IV up my left arm to give me fluids because I had been really dehydrated by that point, and they laid me down in a comfy bed with two warm blankets, on top of giving me pain medications which really made me feel a million times better. Then they did a CT scan and found that I have a 5 millimeter-long kidney stone that had been causing me hell for three days. Thankfully, the stone is almost at the end of it's course, and I have pain medications to make it less painful. I know there's gonna be some pain, but the meds will help make it feel not as bad.

For comparison sake>

I wasn't sure about the actual size of "5 mm."

Pencil eraser diameter.

I once had a kidney stone while on holiday in Turkey. Not fun :( Luckily it passed without any need for medical intervention.

I'm autistic which can make pain feel even worse, but then again, even an NT would feel that kind of pain.
